Use this form to request hire of one or more spaces at the Centre.

Your invoice for payment will include the following:
the appropriate hire fee as discussed with the Booking Officer.
a Cleaning Fee which applies to all bookings.
you may also be required to provide a Bond of $1000 which is refunded after satisfactory inspection after the event.
Please note that a booking is only confirmed with payment of the deposit.
The 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
The balance and the bond are due 2 weeks prior to the event.
A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged if the booking is cancelled by the hirer within 4 weeks of the date of the event. This fee will be deducted from any refund due.
Read and accept the Terms and Conditions for Hire of the Sandy Point Community Centre. Failure to abide by these Terms and Conditions may result in the deposit and/or bond being forfeited.
