Delivery of Entries – Wednesday 17th April 2019     1pm – 3pm

Collection of unsold Entries – Monday 22nd April 2019  4pm -5pm (unless by prior arrangement)

Payment for art works sold will be by Electronic  Bank Transfer to your nominated bank account


All care will be taken. The Committee will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred to entries. Insurance is the responsibility of the artist.

All paintings and photos must be ready for hanging

All entries must be clearly marked on the back with artist’s name, address, title, medium and price.  These details must agree with your Entry Form - no substitutes will be accepted.  

All Entries must be for sale, and the original work of the artist.

Limit of 4 (four) entries per person

Commission of 20% will be charged on all sales

Late entries may not be accepted.

Work submitted for the Art show may be photographed for media use.


THE OFFICIAL OPENING will be on Friday 19th April @ 7.30pm

All artists are cordially invited to attend and enjoy light refreshments
